Health problems treatment with acupuncture - Montreal
Acupuncture is an ancient practice used for thousands of years to treat a wide range of health conditions. It is effective in treating issues such as muscular pain and motility problems, chronic pain, migraines, fatigue, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, immune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
Acupuncture is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine that aims to restore health by stimulating the body's natural healing and regulating mechanisms. It positively affects the muscular, nervous, endocrine, and lymphatic systems.

Kathleen McMeekin,
Acupuncturist, member of the Ordre des acupuncteurs du Québec.
An acupuncturist who graduated from Rosemont College in 2024, Rafaelle has a global vision of the mind-body connection as seen in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Passionate about her work, and having worked as a massage therapist for over ten years, she has travelled to China, Thailand and India to further her training. In 2020, she began her training at Collège de Rosemont to enhance the effectiveness of her practice.
Her clinical understanding is marked by kindness and curiosity. She enjoys sharing the benefits of this age-old medicine and demystifying the more abstract concepts of this Eastern approach, with a touch of metaphorical madness to help you grasp them better.

PREVENTION
Acupuncture is not only a curative treatment but can also be used to prevent various ailments. It regulates physiological functions and is particularly beneficial during great stress, seasonal changes, or when the body shows signs of fragility. Acupuncture can prevent mood swings, flu, colds, sleep disturbances, repeated infections, headaches, lower back pain, and other related conditions. It is important to note that the treatment is most effective when the condition is relatively recent.
STRENGTHENING THE IMMUNE SYSTEM AND LONG-TERM ACTION
You can schedule regular acupuncture visits to prevent illness by identifying imbalances, strengthening the immune system, and correcting them before they become serious.

Acu-lifting - Aesthetic acupuncture for facial treatments
Did you know that acupuncture can help slow the signs of aging?
The treatment helps to tone the facial muscles, tighten the epidermis and reduce wrinkles. The techniques used are gentle and minimally invasive. Fine needles are placed on the face to stimulate tissue regeneration and natural collagen production, drain toxins, and invigorate facial muscles.
A single treatment typically lasts 60 minutes, but the number of sessions required depends on the individual's overall health and facial condition. In general, you can expect improvement from the very first treatment.
